My name is Kayden Ryan. I’m a 19 year old Dutch American 3D character animator, freelance artist, and game concept designer. I have been drawing for 9 years and 3D animating for 6 months. I am a sophmore student at Savannah College of Art and Design with a major in 3D character animation and a minor in game concept design.

Payment
I currently only accept PayPal

Payment Methods:
Option 1 - Send full payment at the start
Option 2 - Send half the payment at the start and pay the second half right before receiving the final work

Refunds:
You are able to get an 100% refund before the artwork is started if you no longer want the service.You can get a 100% refund if you no longer want the artwork during its concept sketch phase/update unless you ordered a sketch of any kind.You may ask for a refund during an artworks making if it's past the concept sketch phase, but depending on how far into the artwork I am in you will get a certain percentage back and the last updated photo of the commission.If I am late with the artwork I may offer a refund of any precent or a free extra artwork as an apology if I think it's needed.Once the artwork is completed you cannot get a refund.

Receiving updates and final work:
I will be sending updates throughout the work with WIP written across it to keep it from being stolen.High quality resolution of final work will only be sent after full payment is complete and there are no more changes needed.For the best quality for the final image I will be sending the image through email.If you do not receive an email with the final work within 30 minutes of sending me your email without me saying anything then please contact me again.

Crediting:
Any artwork of mine except commissions (unless by commissioner) and personal work are allowed to be used as profile photos and banners as long as I am credited.
If you are unsure about if the artwork is a commission or personal work feel free to ask me.Commission work is allowed to be used or posted by the commissioner in any form (outside of AI work or tracing work) as long as proper credit is given to me.Proper crediting counts as:
- tagging me
- putting my @ and the social media to find me on with the @
- putting my username and a link to this site or one of my social media accounts

Posting Work:
All work by me will be put in my portfolio.
However, I will ask the commissioner for approval to post the work on my social media platforms.

Custom Characters:
My custom designs cannot be sold for higher than the commissioner has paid for it unless it has more media with it when sold. If you do not remember what price you bought the design for feel free to contact me.Custom designs are allowed to be redesigned by the commissioner or whoever the commissioner allows to.Artists are allowed to use my designs for reference, but they must not look almost identical or be traced.

Sensitive work regulations :
I do draw Gore, however, I have limits to what I will be ok with making.
Tell me the type of Gore you'd want done and I will tell you if it is something I am comfortable with doing.
If it is intense Gore I will ask for proof of your age as I will not draw intense Gore for anyone under 18 years old.I do draw artistic nudity and suggestive/sexual content, however, I do have limits with what I am comfortable doing.
I will first ask for proof of age as I will not draw any sort of nudity or suggestive/sexual content anyone under 18 years old.
I will also ask for the ages of the character(s) used in the work.If you deny a proof of age when asked, I will ask you to change what you want done or completely cancel the commission and deny any service for intense Gore or suggestive/sexual content until proof is given.Lying about your age, character ages, or meaning of work for sensitive work will immediately get you blacklisted and blocked on social media with no warning.Any sensitive artwork still follows my "I will not draw" list.

I will not draw:
- Hate Artwork
- SA/Rape content
- Stolen characters
- Incest content of any kind
- Pedophilic content
- Sexual content of animals or animal like characters
- Sexual content of any underage looking characters (aged up or not)
- Abusive relationships
- Anything under "Proship" artwork
- Anything I am uncomfortable with making. (I will tell you if I am)

Blacklisting:
You will be blacklisted from commissioning me or blocked on social media if you do any of the following- Trace any of my work without permission
- Post any of my work without proper credit (I will warn you first)
- Post any of my work without permission (I will warn you first)
- Removing or censoring my watermark
- Claiming my artwork as your own
- Breaking my T. O. S (I will warn you first)
- Trick me into drawing anything I have on my "I will not draw" list
- If you're rude to me well commissioning me (a refund may happen as well)
- If you make me uncomfortable well commissioning me (a refund may happen as well)
- If you spam me (asking for updates once a day isn't spamming) (A refund may happen as well)
- Selling my artwork without permission (unless you are a commissioner and you're selling the character in the artwork then my artwork is allowed to be sold with the character)
- If you try to commission suggestive/sexual work well underage

Work Useage Guidelines

Artists are allowed to trace my work only with permission
If you get permission to trace my work, it must only be for learning purposes and cannot be posted or claimed as your own work.It is encouraged to ask me how I do my work, ask for tips, and ask for recourses I use.Artists are always allowed to reference my artwork without permission as long as it is not a direct copy without proper crediting or tracing.Any commission work is not allowed to be traced or heavily referenced without commissioners approval

Blocking:
You will be blocked on social media if you do any of the following- Trace any of my work without permission
- Post any of my work without proper credit (I will warn you first)
- Post any of my work without permission (I will warn you first)
- Removing or censoring my watermark
- Claiming my artwork as your own
- Selling my artwork without permission (unless you are a commissioner and you're selling the character in the artwork then my artwork is allowed to be sold with the character)
- If you try to follow my suggestive/sexual content social media well underage
